For decades, talent discovery has relied on expensive physical auditions, limited access, subjective evaluation, and high operational costs. These challenges prevent countless gifted creators from being discovered while placing significant financial pressure on both organisers and participants.

Trek2Fame Africa changes this through a reusable digital infrastructure that enables creators to participate from anywhere using a smartphone or computer. By eliminating unnecessary travel, accommodation costs, gatekeeping, and geographical limitations, we create access to a wider pool of exceptional talent regardless of financial background.

Powered by TrekScore™ AI, supported by experienced A&R Talent Executives, secure community voting, and a structured career development pathway, our ecosystem ensures creators are discovered based on merit, developed through professional guidance, and connected to meaningful career opportunities.

At DreamWorkStars Records, we don’t simply discover talent—we build careers, develop industries, and create Africa’s next generation of superstars
