Three-Month Campus Ambassador Program
The iCampus Ambassador Network (iCAN) is Trek2Fame Africa’s nationwide grassroots initiative designed to establish a strong presence across universities, polytechnics, and colleges. The program empowers selected student ambassadors to represent Trek2Fame Africa within their campuses while supporting creator discovery, community engagement, and brand growth.
As an iCAN Ambassador, participants will help identify emerging creative talent, support campus awareness campaigns, assist creators with onboarding and digital participation, create engaging media content, and collaborate with our team on promotional activities, partnerships, and brand activations both online and offline.
ROLES & BENEFITS OF JOINING iCAN
Joining the iCampus Ambassador Network (iCAN) provides students and young creatives across any disciples with the opportunity to become part of Trek2Fame Africa’s growing creative ecosystem. Ambassadors play an active role in promoting digital talent discovery, supporting emerging artists, building creative communities, and gaining practical leadership experience while developing valuable skills for future careers.
a) Campus Talent Discovery & Brand Representation.
Serve as an official Trek2Fame Africa Campus Ambassador by connecting with talented creators within your institution, introducing them to Trek2Fame Africa’s digital creative opportunities, and increasing grassroots awareness of the platform through campus engagement and promotional activities.
b) Creator Community & Audience Development.
Support emerging artists by helping them build authentic fan communities, increase audience engagement, and strengthen their visibility both on campus and across digital platforms throughout the competition.
c)Organic Digital Engagement.
Drive genuine online engagement by creating awareness, sharing content, encouraging participation, and promoting meaningful interactions that help creators grow their digital presence naturally and sustainably.
d) Early Access to Opportunities.
Receive priority updates and early access to Trek2Fame Africa programmes, competitions, training sessions, networking events, internships, workshops, and other exclusive ecosystem opportunities.
e) Artist Campaign & Talent Management Experience.
Act as an early campaign manager for talented creators by supporting their promotional activities both on campus and across social media. Ambassadors gain practical experience in talent promotion, audience development, campaign execution, and artist management while helping creators progress through the Digital Music Tournament and, ultimately, the Trek2Champions Live Academy. This hands-on experience provides a valuable foundation for future careers in artist management, A&R, entertainment marketing, and the wider creative industry.
Top-performing iCAN Ambassadors may be eligible to apply for exclusive internship opportunities within Trek2Fame Africa, providing hands-on experience in talent discovery, artist development, community engagement, and creative ecosystem management.
These opportunities are designed to further enhance their professional growth, expand their industry knowledge, and develop practical leadership skills. Outstanding participants may also gain access to advanced career pathways and future opportunities across the broader Trek2Fame Africa and DreamWorkStars Records ecosystem.
Trek2Fame Africa will equip the iCampus Ambassador Network with comprehensive training, essential resources, and performance-based incentives to effectively implement the project’s objectives and maximize its impact across participating campuses.
